The Mallard conference suites portfolio is made up of four conference suites, two presentation theatres, a boardroom and a video conferencing/boardroom suite.

All our conferencing suites are have natural light and are equipped with ISDN access, Broadband, Analogue, & LAN Networks together with digital projection systems, flipcharts, whiteboards, screens and air-conditioning.

Our boardroom/video conferencing suite is equipped with a 'Router' video conferencing system and a 'Polycom' conference telephone system
